Software Engineer - Java/Cloud

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven mechanical skills and a strong desire to learn - Capability to acquire various technical abilities - Problem-solving and critical-thinking aptitude - Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal - Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules - Enthusiasm and a quick learning capability - Pass a mechanical aptitude assessment - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship - Reliable transportation - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with the possibility of frequent trips - Eligibility to obtain a passport - 18 years or older

Responsibilities:

- Operate within a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate personal protective equipment - Conduct on-site servicing and repairs of semiconductor processing machinery - Setup and operate machinery as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operations teams to promptly address equipment issues and reduce production downtime - Execute all tasks safely, adhering to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols - Diagnose equipment issues and maintain accurate records and reports as necessary - Respond to emergency service requests as needed - Train customer-operating technicians on system operation and maintenance - Implement upgrades and modifications to equipment when required - Stay informed about equipment/tools through relevant training and manuals - Exhibit a strong attention to detail by following instructions meticulously
