About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Payments Products development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative software solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI and modern integration patterns.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating new ideas and emerging technologies, integrating AI components into enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms that impact global payment systems. You will be expected to stay abreast of technological advancements, contribute to a culture of innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and/or NodeJS; proficiency in C++ and C# is a plus
• Experience building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, techniques, and libraries
• Knowledge of application security, SSDLC, and cryptography fundamentals
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for AI model development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJS
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts including tokenization, word embeddings, and sequence models
• Experience with MLOps, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and handle multi-threaded applications
• Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions utilizing generative AI and modern integration patterns
• Support the deployment, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI components within enterprise applications, ensuring robustness and operational quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Cybersecurity, and DevOps to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Contribute to the development of APIs that enhance the integration of Payment Product applications and platforms
• Adhere to industry best practices in software development, emphasizing security, performance, scalability, and resilience
• Automate development, testing, and deployment processes to ensure efficient delivery of services
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote engineering excellence
• Manage technical debt and ensure high-quality, maintainable codebases
