Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - Proven experience in electrical engineering, manufacturing, or systems engineering - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative technology solutions for defense applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution - Conduct tests and evaluations on systems to ensure quality and reliability - Manage inventory and production planning processes - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency - Support production assembly and quality engineering tasks as needed
