Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) - 2-5 years of experience in software development - Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C# as well as SQL with capability to execute complex queries - Familiarity with Visual Studio and application development (Winforms preferred) - Working knowledge of tools and technologies including DNN and Crystal Reports, along with experience in test-driven development - Ability to manage tasks autonomously while contributing to multiple projects - Experience in business and manufacturing is advantageous, along with understanding Dynamics GP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relevant and user-friendly applications that enhance business operations - Collaborate with both internal teams and consultants to create new technologies and business solutions - Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables - Design, code, and create documentation for software products - Assist with database design and provide support for internally developed software as needed - Interact with various departments to solve complex business challenges - Engage in software development using Microsoft Visual Studio, VB.NET, and C# .NET - Meet with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements for application development - Construct and sustain data dictionaries and application documentation - Ensure quality in development, testing, and debugging stages - Adhere to standardized naming conventions and documentation practices - Maintain compliance with data and application business rules - Deploy software and assess user feedback - Perform additional duties as assigned
