Requirements
Must have:

- We value experience with Fineos Admin Suite (Claims) configuration and Java-based customizations.
- We require experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL, along with strong SQL querying skills.

Responsibilities:
- We estimate, design, implement, and maintain new and existing features across our application portfolio for assigned business areas.
- We complete complex feature development work with minimal supervision.
- We communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders throughout feature delivery.
- We design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software solutions using established standards and tools.
- We lead sizing and estimation activities within our Agile team.
- We provide daily progress updates to the Scrum Master or Team Lead and raise any blockers affecting delivery.
- We participate in code reviews and sprint retrospectives, sharing ideas that help us improve continuously.
- We focus on delivering business priority and measurable value.
- We ensure the quality of both new and existing features through manual and automated testing, supported by continuous integration practices where appropriate.
- We align our solution designs with our architecture principles and technical standards.
- We lead proof-of-concept efforts and prototyping when needed.
- We partner with Business Analysts to clarify business requirements and shape them into technically deliverable solutions.
- We collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into efficient working software.
- We work with the Agile team to define the teams definition of done across production stages.
- We partner with Test Engineers and Senior Test Engineers to confirm software quality and support smooth sprint progression.
- We help foster a culture of innovation by improving delivery practices and evaluating emerging processes and technologies.
- We coordinate with Technical Support Engineers to move features into production while meeting performance, release, and stability expectations.
- We automate testing to industry standards to support high-quality delivery and efficient regression coverage.
- We keep ALM tools current and participate in daily standups to ensure the team has accurate visibility into progress and impediments.
- We keep the end customer in mind at all times and build solutions that improve the customer experience.
