Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development - Proficiency in both front-end and back-end web development - Experience with unit testing frameworks and continuous integration - Familiarity with Ruby and Elixir preferred, but open to enthusiastic learners - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion - Experience leading complex, multi-phase projects as a tech lead is a plus - Strong understanding of the short- and long-term implications of technical decisions - Excellent communication skills for sharing information and collaborating with stakeholders - Willingness to engage with end users for feedback on solutions
Responsibilities:
- Design and build web applications and APIs for our product line - Engage with both front-end and back-end components of projects - Ensure quality through automated testing and maintain solutions post-deployment - Collaborate in an agile environment, frequently deploying and adapting as necessary - Work with product and technology teams to implement required functionalities - Liaise with internal teams in Patient Services Center and Clinical Content for feedback and improvement opportunities
