Requirements
Must have:
- We require a minimum of a BS in Engineering or Science, with a strong preference for an advanced degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, Computer Engineering, or Automation Systems Engineering.
We are looking for strong software development and system architecture experience in MATLAB, LabVIEW, C, and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with industrial hardware, DAQ, computer vision, robotics, PCs, and assembling electronics is important.
Experience with PLC controls and tools such as Wonderware or Ignition is a plus.
Solid analytical ability and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies are essential.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively with highly skilled colleagues.
Strong organization in documentation, project management, and scope control is expected.
We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of MATLAB or LabVIEW experience.
Candidates must be able to commute to Newtown Square, PA or plan to relocate to the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
- We build software solutions that integrate a broad range of hardware technologies, including DAQ, PLCs, machine vision, robotics, motor and motion control, controls engineering, process control, AI, ML, and traditional software systems.
We deliver innovative projects for clients across diverse industries and scientific research organizations.
We often develop novel approaches and invent new methods to solve complex automation challenges.
We may have this role serve as a client-facing point of contact for project phases or entire engagements.
We expect the role to manage work within defined project scope and see full-cycle development through to completion.
We work closely with a highly talented engineering team on hands-on technical delivery.
