Responsibilities:
- We work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to meet front-end development and application needs that support our current and future website roadmaps.
We continuously improve page speed and overall site performance.
We partner with UX and technology teams to turn wireframes and designs into working code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
We track project issues and define acceptance criteria so work is clearly understood and properly completed.
We collaborate with our QA team to ensure thorough testing before release.
We deliver product demonstrations.
We take on light Scrum Master responsibilities when needed to support the team.
We support web content management system maintenance and production support.
We contribute to front-end and back-end development, including mobile-first optimization.
We monitor and optimize site performance.
We analyze business needs, help shape technical solutions, and write technical specifications and requirements.
We produce technical documentation and troubleshooting guidance so internal teams can support delivered solutions.
We work closely with cross-functional partners such as UI/UX, QA, and Product Owners.
