Requirements

Must have:

- PKI Certificate Management expertise - Zero Trust and Zero Trust Architecture knowledge - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience - Over 15 years of relevant experience in systems administration and analysis - Valid and active US Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance - Compliance with 8140 IAT Level 3 certification standards - Extensive experience (10 years) in designing and implementing zero trust environments - Familiarity with Zero Trust Technologies and key concepts - Understanding of micro-segmentation principles - Experience with ICAM/PKI solutions such as PingDirectory, PingFederate, and SailPoint - Knowledge of software-defined perimeters - Competence in encryption methods including Type1 and CSfC - Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper networking devices and protocols - Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls - Understanding of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) - Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems - Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions - Knowledge of network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, OpenNMS, Nessus, and Splunk - Familiarity with NetApp Storage Systems - Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vCenter and VMware vSphere - Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, tools, applications, and services.

Responsibilities:

- Design and outline architectures for future IT capabilities and services - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business strategies, operational processes, and IT strategies concerning future architectural changes - Apply enterprise methodologies and Department of War standards - Use data to create architecture models, visualizations, and analysis that clearly communicate current and future requirements - Assess customer needs and provide insights on industry trends and opportunities - Identify and document architectural requirements that support future enterprise needs, including goals, strategic approaches, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) - Research and recommend products and solutions that fulfill functional and technical specifications - Develop high-level system design diagrams - Systematically evaluate problems related to workflows, organization, and planning, proposing suitable corrective measures - Prepare assessments, briefing materials, and executive presentations to provide architectural support for leadership.
