Software Engineer, R&D - IntelliScript

Requirements

Must have:

- We need 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

• We require strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8, React, and SQL.
• We prefer cloud development experience, ideally with AWS.
• We expect familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum.
• We need experience across the full software development lifecycle.

• Nice-to-have experience includes HIPAA and/or PCI-regulated environments, SaaS, domain-driven design, modern architectures such as microservices and event-driven systems, AWS certifications, TDD, GenAI or other emerging technologies, healthcare data, Health IT, interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, and clinical informatics or medical claims/EHR data.

Responsibilities:

- We design, build, and refine MVPs, prototypes, and other early-stage solutions to explore new product and capability opportunities.

• We rapidly test ideas by creating lightweight implementations and putting them in front of users for feedback.
• We translate ambiguous problem areas and emerging needs into practical technical solutions.
• We iterate continuously using experimentation, data, and user insights to identify what creates value.
• We build and deploy solutions primarily in AWS using cloud-native services for fast development and iteration.
• We experiment with AI-driven approaches to accelerate delivery and enhance product features.
• We work in a small, cross-functional team to shape and validate new ideas and approaches.
• We partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and stay focused on the most valuable problems.
• We balance speed and quality by applying the right engineering practices for early-stage development.
• We contribute to technical decisions that support rapid iteration and future scalability.
• We support the deployment of prototypes and early solutions so we can learn from real-world testing.
