Requirements
Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- We are looking for proven experience in software engineering, with strong coding and system architecture capabilities.
- We expect hands-on experience with AI, including agentic models and using AI models to build internal or external tools.
- We need practical expertise with full-stack development, especially React, JavaScript, Python, and PHP;
experience with Hack is a plus.
- We value a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements gathering through testing and delivery.
- We seek strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- We need someone who can work independently, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot technical issues to implement system changes.
- We value basic mentoring ability and the capacity to provide constructive feedback and support to teammates.
- Experience with development tools, databases, or system software such as SQL and Visual Basic is beneficial.
- Cross-functional experience partnering with business teams and other stakeholders is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities:
- We design, build, and launch agentic workflows that reduce or replace manual processes.
- We develop and maintain dashboards and user surfaces that surface agentic signals for content leadership, including new modules, integrations, and interface updates.
- We rapidly prototype AI-native tools, test ideas quickly, and discontinue concepts that do not deliver value.
- We evaluate and integrate external and internal AI development tools into our content organization workflows.
- We build validation harnesses, evaluation pipelines, and supervised handoff workflows for production-grade agents.
- We expand the Content Pod Manager registry and reporting systems with pillar-specific enhancements and leadership-facing views.
- We extend shared knowledge-layer capabilities by adding new data sources and adapting to changing search and retrieval infrastructure.
- We use AI-assisted development tools as part of our everyday workflow to improve delivery speed and efficiency.
- We partner with pod leads, pillar stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define needs, scope prototypes, and refine deliverables.
- We document systems, APIs, and architectural choices to support smooth handoff after delivery.
