For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N 4B to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Java-based applications that improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the organization. The position will partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance existing systems, and drive continuous improvement. It also offers the opportunity to work in an agile environment with emerging technologies and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused delivery model.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement Java applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Enhance application performance and optimize code
- Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Master's degree in Software Engineering preferred
- Oracle Certified Java Associate certification
- Experience with Agile methodology and Apache Kafka
- Strong client relations and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English at C2 level
- Knowledge of design thinking and storytelling techniques
