Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N 4B

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N 4B to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on building and supporting Java-based applications that improve reliability, scalability, and performance across the organization. You will partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and contribute to ongoing application enhancements. The position also calls for hands-on troubleshooting, system upgrades, and continuous improvement in a collaborative technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement Java-based software applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Java systems
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions
• Enhance application performance and optimize code for scalability
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering
• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Java APIs
• Proficient in Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), Java Servlets, and Java web development
• Fluent in English with a C2 proficiency level
