We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Full Stack .NET/React Developer to join our dynamic development team in Houston, TX, on a hybrid work basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-traffic web applications, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with extensive experience in building scalable, secure, and efficient web applications. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• *Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development using .NET and React frameworks.
• Proficiency in vanilla JavaScript and experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, along with modern CSS frameworks.
• Solid understanding of developing Microservices, REST APIs, and database-driven web applications utilizing C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience working with ORMs such as Entity Framework and Dapper, and familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Strong experience with distributed version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of build and deployment pipelines, including containerization of applications.
• Experience with web security methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with high-traffic, public-facing web applications and distributed event system architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end bundling/packaging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
