About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong architectural expertise to design and scale enterprise-grade distributed systems. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, drive API strategy, and collaborate across teams to build highly resilient, cloud-native services.

Key Responsibilities & Tech Stack

• Backend & Microservices: Develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot .
• Integration & Messaging: Design event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka and enterprise distributed systems.
• API Management & Security: Architect robust RESTful APIs, manage API Gateways, and implement security standards ( OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS ).
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes / OpenShift , integrating CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Reliability & Troubleshooting: Monitor observability metrics, ensure platform resiliency, and resolve complex production incidents.
• Technical Leadership: Guide architectural patterns, mentor teammates, and drive cross-functional engineering alignment.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Java / Microservices Engineer in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, RESTful APIs, and API security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS).
• Solid experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and collaborative problem-solving skills.
