Requirements

Must have:

• We require proficiency with standard desktop software, including Microsoft Office, and flowcharting tools such as Visio.
• We expect experience with debugging tools such as Advanced Debugger, Allinea DDT, AQtime, ARM, or CA/EZTEST.
• We need strong critical thinking skills to evaluate options and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• We require the ability to manipulate and interpret data from flat files, relational and non-relational databases, XML, and JSON.
• Preferred experience in industries such as healthcare or financial services is a plus.
• Preferred experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We develop, program, and code technology solutions for our organization.

• We document detailed system specifications for internal applications and related solutions.
• We participate in unit testing and support maintenance for both planned and unplanned application changes.
• We evaluate purchased products and perform testing to assess functionality and performance.
• We incorporate IT controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of application data and outputs.
• We lead development efforts, oversee results, and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• We train team members and serve as a knowledgeable resource for technical questions and problem-solving.
• We contribute to application support and improvement efforts across the software lifecycle.
• We work with data from multiple sources and formats to support development and analysis needs.
