Sr Java Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Python expertise to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of hands-on development experience, strong AWS exposure, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Developer with 11+ years’ experience in Application development using Java, J2EE and AWS technologies
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of front-end and backend solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Lead the evaluation and selection of software, platforms, and technologies that best meet the organization's needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends
• Experience developing API by following Web Services and JSON Patterns
• Experience of writing unit tests and Functional tests
• Proficiency in RDBMS such as DB2 or Oracle and NoSQL databases such as Mongo or DynamoDB
• Knowledge of Messaging frameworks like Kafka
• Design and Development of Batch Processing
• Experience working with Product Owners to plan future work for the teamStrong communication, Presentation, and organization skills.
• Eagerness to experiment with new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems
• Must effectively collaborate with developers and other relevant team members.
• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development
• Minimum 5 years of onsite client-facing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services
