Project Overview - Manager moved over to a new group with 8 different teams in the "dojo". The team is mostly 2-3 years of experience. The goal is to get more senior people in this group that can help with the mentorship/guidance. The "dojo" does a bunch of different projects, nothing specific.

We will be very picky here. This person will be working with the manager on an everyday basis. They will be doing 1 on 1's with the other members of the team. Primary function is a mentor across all of the teams. They love getting hands on as needed. They will be a leader within the organization but not necessarily a tech lead.
