Job Title: Systems Developer

Location: Albany, NY

We are looking for an experienced Systems Developer to join a long-term project with the Office of Mental Health, New York State. This role is ideal for senior developers with strong experience in .NET technologies, Oracle databases, and enterprise web application development.

Strong experience with Crystal Reports and Oracle PL/SQL is highly preferred.
