Draws upon a full range of Tableau features to design, develop, enhance and support Tableau visualizations including, but not limited to, highly interactive dashboards, scorecards and reports
By using Tableau, ability to design complex and interactive executive dashboard with drill down to detail and analysis pathways to other supporting reports
Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, LODs, etc.) to create analytical dashboards
Build and publish customized interactive Tableau reports and dashboards as well as manage extracts and refresh schedules using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of business intelligence reporting needs. Format query results / reports in various waysParticipates in QA testing, liaising with other project team members and being responsive to client's needs, all with an eye on details in a fast-paced environment.
Configure a Tableau Server to optimize presentation of analytics, and troubleshoot Tableau server issues, and explain functionality to business users
Develop, implement, maintain, and document standard procedures and guidelines To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience
5 years of professional work experience
3 years of experience supporting reporting technologies in complex, global environments, with minimal 2 years on Tableau BI Dashboards development
Demonstrate a strong understanding of relational database
Advance Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, functions etc.)
Have a passion for high quality data
Ability to manage a workload based on priorities
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
