Description
At CSpring, we believe in the power of people and data to drive real-world impact. We’re a purpose-driven consulting firm that helps organizations solve complex problems, gain insights, and achieve measurable results. Our clients span the public and private sectors, and our work — from data strategy and engineering to workforce transformation — improves lives across Indiana and beyond. We’re seeking talented professionals who are collaborative, curious, and committed to making a difference.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Mission-driven impact at scale. You'll build dashboards and data pipelines that support Medicaid program integrity, federal compliance reporting, and health outcomes for millions of beneficiaries — work that shows up in real policy decisions.
- Autonomy on meaningful problems. You'll own the design and delivery of enterprise-level reporting solutions, collaborating closely with architects and analysts rather than waiting on a ticket queue.
- Data & innovation at the center. You'll work across modern cloud platforms alongside legacy systems, giving you both depth and breadth in a genuinely complex data environment.
- Collaborative, delivery-focused culture. You'll work alongside architects, QA engineers, analysts, and BI teams who care about getting it right — code reviews, CI/CD practices, and shared standards are the norm here.
- Public health improvement. The programs you support — T-MSIS, PERM, MARS, Quality of Care — are the infrastructure behind better health systems. Your work has a name and a purpose.
What You’ll Do In this role, you'll be the hands-on technical lead for dashboard, reporting, and data engineering work within a large-scale Medicaid EDW and analytics program.
- You'll design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and Python-based frameworks, ensuring they're performant, reusable, and built to last.
- You'll build and optimize scalable data processing pipelines using Python, supporting both ongoing analytics needs and federal reporting requirements.
- You'll write and tune SQL and stored procedures across relational platforms — primarily Teradata — with a focus on accuracy and efficiency at enterprise scale.
- You'll support Medicaid analytics and federal reporting initiatives including T-MSIS, PERM, MARS, and Quality of Care programs, working closely with SMEs and compliance teams.
- You'll participate in cloud migration and modernization work within Azure-based architectures, contributing to the shift from legacy systems toward modern platforms.
- You'll collaborate with analysts, QA teams, and BI reporting leads to validate data quality, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of reporting deliverables.
- You'll support production operations — including incident response and root-cause analysis — and contribute to a stable, reliable analytics environment.
- You'll participate in code reviews, maintain source control hygiene, and work within CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of solving complex data problems in regulated environments
