5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or field applications within consumer electronics (acoustics, haptics, actuators, VCMs, or motors).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Deep understanding of customer system engineering and end-product applications (smartphones, laptops, gaming devices, wearables, AI robotics).
Proven track record of securing new business wins and growing existing accounts.
Industry connections in the Silicon Valley hardware ecosystem, particularly with Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Dell, and HP.
Strong cross-functional communication skills to effectively bridge R&D resources in China with North American customer expectations.
Ability to clearly translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for internal engineering teams.
Excellent presentation and deck-building skills to communicate product capabilities and business value to customers.
Willingness to work across time zones to ensure seamless collaboration between global teams.
Experience in project/program management, with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion while coordinating across teams.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive customer engagement and secure new business
