Senior Developer – Front Office (TTR Platform) We are seeking a Senior Developer to join the TTR (Time to Resolve) platform team , supporting front-office trading environments. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with solid business knowledge of capital markets , particularly across equity derivatives and/or fixed income products .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications supporting the TTR platform , focused on improving issue resolution and operational efficiency within trading environments.
• Partner closely with front office, trading desks, and risk teams to build scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and optimize systems handling trade data, risk metrics, and real-time analytics .
• Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and code quality best practices.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues in a time-sensitive environment.
• Collaborate in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Python development (preferred), particularly in data processing and analytics.
• Alternatively, deep expertise in C++ and/or Java , with willingness to learn and transition to Python.
• Proven experience working in a front-office or trading-facing environment .
• Solid understanding of equity derivatives and/or fixed income products .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quartz, Athena, and/or SecDB (Security Database) platforms.
• Familiarity with trading systems, risk platforms, and market data workflows .
• Exposure to real-time systems and low-latency application design .
