Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled UI React developer to drive the design and development of modern, scalable web applications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on front-end architecture, application development, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React, modern JavaScript frameworks, and best practices for building high-performance user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using React.js.
• Lead front-end technical design and architecture discussions.
• Build reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and backend teams.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and promote front-end best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and application issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of front-end development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, and state management frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Retail or eCommerce environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (not mandatory).
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.
• Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
