Web Application Developer (JavaScript/React)

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of professional programming experience - A portfolio showcasing past work/projects - Proficient in terminal operations (Bash or PowerShell) - Experience with Git version control - Knowledge of SQL and database administration - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, or Node.js is preferred - MongoDB experience is a plus - Knowledge of managing Microsoft 365 organizations preferred - Experience with AWS EC2 instances is advantageous - Background in managing on-premises server infrastructure, including OS installation and networking preferred - Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments - Familiar with using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like VS Code

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions to deliver features from start to finish - Fix application bugs, address performance issues, and ensure data integrity across the entire tech stack - Contribute to continuous enhancements of application architecture, code quality, and development methodologies - Assist in the installation, testing, and debugging of system software - Strategize software installations to reduce workflow disruption and downtime - Provide training to system operators and other relevant staff - Undertake additional related tasks as assigned

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plans with matching, health and dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, a referral program, and vision insurance. This position is located in Odessa, FL, and requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
