MartiniWorks was founded for one purpose; To help people modify their cars the right way.
We are car enthusiasts, we understand car culture, we talk about it, and we educate those around us, while also enjoying the process that comes with that.
Our team lives in that world, we talk about it constantly, and we are passionate about using technology to share what we know with the community.
That community didn't happen by accident, and technology is a big part of how we’ve built it. The
MartiniWorks website is not just code to us, it's the direct line between our team and our customers. It’s where people go to share their stories, get help with modifying their car, or find inspiration for the next phase of their build.
Our tech team is small by design, and we’ll be working together very closely.
We are looking for someone who can help us further the vision of being the most advanced website in the automotive industry. This individual will work on both frontend and backend, shaping the website to make it both user friendly and as accurate as possible. The ideal candidate is someone who excels while being challenged.
Someone that enjoys solving problems creatively, wants to try new things, and can bring a curious mind to any project put in front of them. This is not the kind of job you just sit and write code at, we’re looking for someone that can think independently, lives outside of the box, can manage their own work, and is passionate about that work. We want someone who can understand the automotive community and execute projects to make a positive impact based on information in front of us.
Come prepared to discuss your goals, why you’re interested in this position specifically, any pet projects you’ve worked on, and why you think you’d be a good fit.
We understand the tech world is in a weird spot right now, so leave the AI tools at home and have a conversation with us human to human about your experiences, background, and goals. A genuine interest in our work and a nicely written cover letter will go much further than a resume stuffed with buzzwords written by AI.
Basically, just be yourself and we’ll discover each other during the interview process.
Essential Functions (what you’ll be responsible for/work in)

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; with occasional lifting.
That being said, we expect you to be able to sit at your desk and type out your code on a computer, while critically reviewing information presented to you, so we can work on projects together. You’ll be in a shop space surrounded by dope cars, so we might need you to help move moderately heavy boxes or items occasionally.
