WMATA ETL report developer - Programmer Analyst

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in business intelligence (BI) delivery and Data Warehouse/BI development - Strong knowledge in the architecture and design of BI systems - Familiarity with the implementation of open payment systems - Ability to analyze requirements and collaborate with various stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with contactless payment technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and implement components for the WMATA Open Payment project - Collaborate closely with the implementation vendor for planning and execution - Analyze and utilize provided requirements, architecture, and design documents - Ensure the solution supports payment processing for different customer types, including seniors - Test the solution for compatibility with domestic and international contactless bank cards - Facilitate a seamless tap-and-pay experience for Metro services such as rail, bus, and parking - Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges
