Hi! Aaron here. I live in Blaine, MN with my awesome wife, my crazy kiddos and of course, the glue of the family -- our pups! During my many years as an active rock guitarist, I've played 100's of shows and tour most states in the U.S.

Funding my rock band adventures were some great Minneapolis restaurants where I worked as a server and or bartender. Once my wife and I had our first child, I knew I had to make a change in my life and start carving out a career for the long term. I have always had an affinity for real estate as my Dad did some commercial development deals as he grew his company of planting restaurants.

After 7 years in the business selling residential real estate, I'm looking to extend my knowledge base in to other markets.

The skill sets I've earned in while working in the hospitality business and the real estate industry have certainly molded who I am today. Skills would include: high level communication and listening, collecting pertinent data metrics and presenting in a way that can be easily understood, effectively leading a project or transaction, solving critical problems and assessing situations with a vast array of variables to bring a successful result.

I'm passionate about creating meaningful relationships, the freedom to be creative and a pursuing the gift of knowledge.

I worked at “Stanley’s” for a good five years while pursuing opportunities within the music industry and real estate. The many people involved in this restaurant became more than my leadership team, my co-workers or my “regulars,” they became family. While at Stanley’s I worked as a server, a bartender and barback. Skills I developed and used included:

• a passion for craft beer and put that to work with my guests suggesting tastings, pairings and personal preferences
• Being equipped to jump in diverse environments of the restaurant to support other team members – teamwork makes the dream work!
• I’d often work with the FOH manager to discuss server sections, cutting and large party accommodations
• Strong organizational, communicative, delegation and multi-tasking skills when serving a large volume of guests simultaneously 
• Keeping a cool head with a fun, enthusiastic attitude – All the regulars knew “AP”
