Abigail Schrock

I am a hardworking and organized individual who thrives in environments with strong leadership, communication, and teamwork. I enjoy bringing structure to busy situations and helping create calm during chaos. I take pride in being dependable, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Outside of work, I am a wife and mother to two very active boys, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and time management skills.

I have worked at Menards for the past 11 years as a Delivery Coordinator Manager, where I manage daily operations and help lead a team of 5–10 employees. My role requires strong organization, problem-solving, customer service, scheduling, and communication skills to ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also helped coordinate weddings, birthdays, and other events for friends and family. Through these experiences, I have developed strong planning, multitasking, and event coordination abilities.

I graduated from Owens Community College in 2018 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement.
