20 plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical R&D sector beginning with research and ending with final drug approval, has been my research and development journey. Engaged with big, medium and small size pharmaceutical companies earlier in the development process to help overcome critical challenges and achieve greater efficiencies across the drug development continuum, in different therapeutic areas from Phase 1-IV. During this journey, some key highlights of my accomplishments were:
contributed as a subject matter expert on multiple (2-4) key projects, initiatives, to identify and implement process improvements and standards provided leadership in facilitating knowledge sharing and creation, leading to best practice and improved quality and processes in clinical operations leadership and guidance on governance actions by providing subject matter expert on integration of mergers and acquisitions established key drivers for cost negotiation (and avoidance) measures for all R&D related strategic, preferred and transactional vendors leveraged prior experience to align outsourcing and purchasing needs with the overall mission and vision of the company leveraged prior experience with vendor performance, risk management, compliance, quality and measurements to ensure continuous improvement at the strategic and operational levels
