Worked at JFK Airport under the Emirates account with Hallmark Aviation as a Customer Service Agent and Gate Lead, ensuring smooth passenger operations in a fast-paced international environment for the past two years. Served as an authorized representative for mobile food vendors in court, gaining strong research, advocacy, and public communication skills the year prior.I am skilled in cross-cultural communication, social media outreach, and strategic problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful connections.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at Baruch College, focusing on strategic communication, media, and intercultural skills.
