I’m a creative thinker, passionate storyteller, and detail-obsessed designer with a background in education and management—now fully immersed in the world of graphic and web design.
After earning my Associate Degree in Graphic Design & Web Development from Grand Rapids Community College, I’ve been focused on helping brands bring their vision to life through intentional, user-friendly design. My approach combines clean aesthetics with strategic thinking, ensuring every project isn’t just beautiful—but functional and meaningful, too.
Before design, I spent years managing teams, solving problems on the fly, and connecting with people from all walks of life. That experience taught me how to listen deeply, lead with empathy, and deliver under pressure—skills I now bring into every design collaboration.

💡 Fun fact: I once redesigned a full restaurant menu overnight—and the customer response tripled.
I’m a multidisciplinary creative with a rich background in education, leadership, and design. Before transitioning fully into the graphic and web design space, I spent 5½ years as an educator—where I regularly used design to make learning visually engaging, creating classroom materials that were as effective as they were inspiring.
After moving into the nonprofit and hospitality space, I supported Meals on Wheels Western Michigan with social media content and marketing design. My work was used across various departments, including marketing, volunteer coordination, and donor engagement—allowing me to create cohesive visuals aligned with the organization’s mission and impact.
In my role as restaurant manager at Sahara Bistro, I led branding, customer engagement, and day-to-day operations. I brought structure, creativity, and vision to a fast-paced environment—while simultaneously strengthening the restaurant’s visual presence both in-person and online.
Since then, I’ve designed branding and digital content for small businesses and nonprofits including Luck’s Rescue and Sweet Crafts by Ana. My work blends clean aesthetics with strategic storytelling—designing with intention, empathy, and purpose.
