As a breast cancer survivor, I believe every day is a blessing and a reminder that God wants me to live a happy, meaningful life. That belief drives how I approach my work and how I connect with others — with gratitude, compassion, and purpose.
I value kindness, faith, and making a difference wherever I can.
For more than eight years, I’ve worked in the Eligibility and Imaging departments at the VA Medical Center, supporting veterans with care and respect. My role includes verifying eligibility, assisting patients through the care process, and helping ensure each visit runs smoothly.
I’m known for being dependable, empathetic, and dedicated to excellent customer service. Every patient interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little better — and that’s what motivates me most.
I’m a proud graduate of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where I completed studies in Human Resources Development and Secretary Procedures. Those courses helped me strengthen my communication and organizational skills — tools I use daily in my work with veterans.
