I'm a Phlebotomist for the last 27yrs, I was last a group lead for southern Colorado.
Performed in various positions to include site lead, float III, Group Lead for out-patient lab. Registered samples for multiple clients, including drug screening, and kit draws. Manifest samples for transport to leading lab.
Centrifuge, aliquoted, and prepared refrigerated/freeze specimens. Educate/Train employees/new hires on procedures and policies. Assisted supervisor in clerical duties to include Patient Service Center/Mobile/Long-term Care/In-office Phlebotomy.
Reconciled timecards, make schedules, and include employee training/retraining.
Registered Phlebotomy Technician with American Medical Technologist.
