Product Development & Optimization

• FDA Hiring Process Optimization: Developed real-time dashboards and redesigned metrics in Tableau to streamline the FDA's hiring workflows through frequent stakeholder engagement; identified process bottlenecks using iGrafx and proposed solutions that improved hiring efficiency by at least 20%.
• Air Force Capability Portfolio Navigator: Designed and deployed a Power BI-based tool enabling better visualization and data integration of Air Force modernization programs. Developed the Implementation Guide for the CPN, critical for consistent execution of the tool.
• Army PEO STRI Training Platform Evaluation: Led evaluation and product assessment for Innoslate integration; collaborated with users and stakeholders to recommend adoption for centralized modeling. 
• Joint Chiefs of Staff : Developed an integrated tool consolidating multiple logistics systems, reducing time-to-decision and aligning product strategy with operational goals.
• Bridging the Data Gap for Public Health, Healthcare, and Biomedical Innovation.: Modeled hospitalization protocols to uncover bottlenecks for opioid overdose patients admitted to the ER.

• Built over 20+ MBSE system models in Cameo to reflect current and future-state processes for unmanned and joint warfare systems; collaborated with users to ensure models met operational needs and promote coherence within complex, hierarchical systems.
• Applied discrete-event simulation (iGrafx) and user feedback loops to identify and resolve product gaps in mission-critical tools for the Department of Defense to streamline war-time processes
• Joint Fires Network: Modeled current processesand conducted requirements analysis across classified documents to support system integration for improved critical warfare strategy; took initiative of perforing a cyber analysis to prevent critical vulnerabilities and determine defensive countermeasures to protect the system from international cyber attacks.

• Independent MITRE Research: Led research proposal titled “Data Standardization for Welcome Back Centers (WBC): Enhancing Immigrant Integration into U.S. Healthcare ” in order to increase of health care positions and hospital resource utilization. Conducted evidence-based policy analysis to address the Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) critical nursing shortage by optimizing the integration of immigrant healthcare professionals by analyzing and synthesizing data from WBC’s

• Contributed to DevSecOps modeling (Project Firefly) to modernize Air Force information systems. Developed process models in Cameo aligned with continuous integration workflows and cyber readiness.
