Greetings All,
Thank you for visiting my profile!
I am a dynamic educational leader with over a decade of experience driving academic achievement, coaching educators, and transforming school communities. As a founding principal and former instructional coach, I specialize in data-informed decision-making, staff development, and community engagement. My leadership has consistently led to measurable student growth and instructional excellence across diverse K-8 settings. I am passionate about equity in education and committed to empowering both students and teachers to thrive.
In addition, I am the founder of Limitless Minds Education, where I provide academic intervention in reading and math for elementary to middle school students, along with parent advocacy services to support families navigating the education system. I hope you and I get the chance to connect.
I bring over 15 years of experience in education, with a strong foundation in classroom instruction, instructional coaching, and school leadership. My work has centered on improving student outcomes, coaching teachers, and building inclusive, achievement-focused school cultures. As a founding principal, I successfully launched a new elementary school and led efforts in community engagement, data-driven instruction, and student growth.
I’ve also supported Title I initiatives, led after-school academic programs, and provided mental health services early in my career.
In addition to my professional work, I’m deeply committed to service and mentorship. I am a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and actively serve as a youth mentor through Higher Dimension Church and volunteer with Star of Hope Homeless Shelter. Through Limitless Minds Education, I provide academic intervention for elementary to middle school students, as well as parent advocacy to empower families in navigating the education system.
I hold two master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University, equipping me with advanced leadership, curriculum, and instructional design skills. I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia State University, providing a strong foundation in advocacy and systemic thinking—both critical in my work supporting students and families.
I am certified in both Texas (EC-6 Principal as Instructional Leader) and Virginia (Administration & Supervision PreK–12 and Elementary Education PK–6), which has allowed me to serve effectively as both a classroom educator and school leader across diverse educational settings.
