I am an experienced educator with a diverse background spanning six years across Montessori, Charter, and Public Schools. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and instructional leadership, with additional endorsements in SEI (Structured English Immersion) and Early Childhood, along with a certification as a highly qualified evaluator in the Danielson Framework.
Having taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade, I understand the intricacies of early education and the importance of creating an environment that fosters growth, engagement, and academic achievement. Currently, I serve as a Curriculum Director and Instructional Coach, where I design and facilitate professional development sessions for staff, develop individualized coaching plans for teachers, and conduct formal evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in instructional practices.
I am passionate about supporting educators in their professional growth and ensuring that all students receive high-quality, research-based instruction. I am currently pursuing my principal certification and will complete my Reading Endorsement in May 2025, further expanding my ability to lead and support educational initiatives effectively.
I have 5 years of diverse teaching experience in Montessori, Charter, and Public Schools, I have taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade.
