I have been professionally working with a wide variety of computer systems for the past 4 years. These include modern systems and programs and systems older than mouses. I wouldn't say I have mastered the skill, however I am very experienced with computer troubleshooting, both from my professional work and personal life, I have experience in how to find possible solutions and how effectively implement those solutions.
