I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over two years of hands-on experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. Prior to earning my RBT certification, I spent two years supporting adults with disabilities, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life through structured support and individualized care.
My background has equipped me with a deep understanding of behavioral interventions, data collection, and the importance of patience and empathy in care-based roles. I am passionate about promoting positive behavior change and creating a supportive environment where clients can thrive. I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and an effective team player who collaborates closely with families, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
I am now looking to continue growing in the field of behavior analysis, where I can bring my experience, energy, and commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of those I serve.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, I work one-on-one with individuals—often children—who have autism or other developmental challenges. My role is to help them learn new skills and improve behaviors that can make their daily lives easier and more fulfilling. I follow carefully designed plans from a supervising BCBA, using techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: to support each person in making meaningful progress, whether that’s learning to communicate, follow routines, or manage emotions. It takes patience, empathy, and consistency. I also track data so the team can see what’s working and what needs adjustment.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see small victories turn into big milestones—and to know I’m playing a part in someone’s growth.
