I am Biomedical scientist with more than 17 year of experience working in laboratory medicine, starting as a Biomedical scientist and working on different positions such as senior scientist ,operations manager and specialist Biomedical scientist.

Throughout my career , I have proven my ability to meet organisational objectives and needs. I was involved in setting up one of the biggest diagnostic laboratory in the north east in record time. I have experience in increasing efficiency and throughput with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

I have worked and lead various projects on Quality, efficiency and OTD including implementing new work structure, reorganising the working pattern to meet our customer needs and validation of instruments worth £1M. I have experience in instrument management, validation and verification of new instruments, training staff on new instruments and preparing competency assessments and preparing and reviewing SOP's. I have experience working in Clean and aseptic rooms where we prepare microbiology media and broths.

I have experience in testing medical equipment and laboratory environmental monitoring. I believe my skills and experience will be a valuable addition to your team and I look forward to hearing from you.
