I am a motivated, empathetic leader who has 5+ years in customer service and management. I have experience with both Microsoft and Google applications as well as POS systems like Workday.
I have worked in professions heavily involving customer service such as working for the City of Chino Hills and their recreation department. I have also worked at an escape game company and worked my way up to Lead Trainer/team lead.
