At Tesla Inc., I have held progressively responsible roles, starting as a Lead Production Associate in the Stamping Department and advancing to Associate Manager. As an Associate Manager (2021-2024), I led and mentored teams, optimizing productivity through task delegation and hands-on leadership. I collaborated with production managers to develop strategies for improving line efficiency and implemented process improvements to drive operational success.

Additionally, I oversaw inventory management, including audits, control measures, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand. Prior to this, as a Manufacturing Supervisor (2016-2021), I managed press line operations, ensured high productivity, quality, and safety, and coached and trained associates to meet performance goals. I communicated performance metrics during team meetings, focusing on policy adherence, safety, quality, and delivery.

Earlier in my career, as a Lead Production Associate (2012-2016), I played a key role in the successful launch of Tesla's Model S/X/3, leading a team in press line commissioning, laser programming, and troubleshooting, while developing work instructions and process improvements. Across all roles, my focus has been on driving efficiency, developing teams, and ensuring high operational standards.

I have a foundational education in business management, having pursued some college coursework in this field. Additionally, I completed my General Educational Development (GED), which provided the academic foundation for furthering my education and professional development. My studies in business management have equipped me with essential skills in leadership, organization, and strategic planning, which I have applied throughout my career.
