Senior Development and Exploration Geologist with more than 25 years of experience in reservoir characterization and exploitation with significant experience in different Basins and environments. Worked on 4 continents. North America, South America, Africa & Antarctica.
Drilled more than 300 development & step-out wells in Argentina Basins, Western Desert, Egypt, and Permian Basin.
Involved in more than twenty Waterflooding Projects in all Fields and all Companies. Twelve Years working in a Joint Venture. Experience working and leading an International Team integrating ex-pat and National staff.

Ten Years working in a Joint Venture. Experience working and leading an International Team integrating expat and local members.
Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering principles, processes, and their interrelationship to geological parameters.
Attentive to the business side of projects, with a focus on costs, ultimate recovery, and strategic position.
Extensive successful experience in evaluating and generating drillable prospects in both structural and stratigraphic settings, documenting and recommending exploratory and development drilling locations.
Prospect and play concept generation, oil & gas reserves/resources assessment, exploration risk management, and project economics evaluation.
High experience in reservoir mapping and characterization, integrating well and production data, Stratigraphy, and seismic attribute analysis for a static model generation; basic concepts in well log based Petrophysical and fluid content interpretation.
Solid background in electrical logging. Some experience in drilling, casing, and cementing operations, well completion, testing, pulling and Workover operations. Experienced in completion and re-completion programs generation and follow-up.
Experienced in fieldwork, surface geology, structural and stratigraphic mapping, aerial photography and satellite imagery interpretation, and geochemical sampling.
Experienced in farm-in and new venture evaluation and assessment.
Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills, relations-builder. Strong communication and reporting skills.
Successful team player, solid work team abilities, interdisciplinary oriented; leadership capability.
Last 12 years working with Petrel software. Knowledge of SMT’s Kingdom Suite Kingdom.
