I am a Food Safety and Quality leader with experience managing quality systems, regulatory programs, and laboratory operations in dairy and manufacturing. I currently oversee HACCP, Preventive Controls, environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, calibration, and audit readiness while managing and developing QA staff. I am highly data driven and skilled in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and strengthening process controls.
My background also includes microbiology testing, documentation control, internal audits, and quality management in extrusion blow molding. I bring a strong focus on teamwork, problem solving, and maintaining safe, consistent, and compliant operations.
I have extensive experience in Food Safety and Quality across dairy manufacturing and high volume packaging. I currently lead all FSQ programs for a high risk dairy facility, including HACCP, Preventive Controls, environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, calibration, lab operations, traceability, and SQF certification readiness. I manage and develop QA staff, oversee product release and CCP/CQP verification, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, CAPA, and root cause investigations.
My background also includes microbiology testing, internal auditing, documentation control, and environmental monitoring, along with prior leadership roles in extrusion blow molding where I managed quality systems, GMP compliance, and customer specifications. I bring a strong focus on process control, problem solving, and maintaining safe, consistent, and compliant operations.
