I am a Security+ certified information security professional with a graduate degree in information assurance, an undergraduate degree in cybersecurity, a background in software development, and a passion for learning.

I am a practiced orator, I collaborate well with others, and I delight in solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

I have configured and maintained a variety of home and small business networks over the last 7 years, including establishing security controls and implementing defense-in-depth measures.

I have assessed the vulnerabilities and risks present in home networks and the network of Timothy Sturtz LLC. Following this, I created a risk register to convey the potential impacts of each and recommended remediation solutions to the network owner. Finally, I implemented select solutions to reduce the residual risk of the network by over 35% while minimizing cost.

I have coordinated with researchers at University of the Pacific to build software capable of aiding them in a motion capture animation project, reducing the development time of the project by over 10%.

I have consulted with leadership at Hilti, Inc. to design and create software capable of restructuring Excel databases and performing predictive analytics to more efficiently direct sales efforts and produce an employee incentive plan.
