I am a well rounded restaurant and catering specialist with almost 20 years of experience. I have owned and managed my own business for the past 5 years with over 5 million dollars in sales. I have managed Fine Dining restaurants as Executive Chef and General Manager.
In my almost 20 years of experience I have worked in almost every restaurant experience possible, including, quick serve, casual, fine dining, institution, sports, and more. I am the current President of the Bradford Central School Board of Education. I am also a member of the GST BOCES Board of Education.

I started this business in 2020 as only a small food truck and built it into a 4,800 square foot restaurant and catering provider with over 25 employees. We cater 300 events a year, everything from backyard barbecues to large corporate events.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR - Bath Country Club

Responsible for all hiring, firing, training, scheduling of all employees in the food service department. I was also responsible for all food and beverage menu design and creation. As food and beverage director I also handled all book keeping and permit applications.I increased revenue by 400% in the 1 year of employment, and implemented an employee training and retention program.

I taught the Careers and Exploration program for 10th and 11th Graders. This program had a curriculum that included culinary, money management, interpersonal skills, and much more.
