There is no doubt in my mind that my addition to Chaffey colleges culinary team would be welcomed by the current staff and students. I work well in a team or as a lead and enjoy growing as a chef. In my 21 years of being in the industry I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge, watching people grow and develop an interest in food.
I don't apply for positions lightly, I will be invested in the success and reputation of the Chaffey culinary program and will aim to do my part in its growth not to compete with other schools but to set it apart and be THE program. I will ensure lessons will be taught to Chaffey college standards and I will participate when requested with ideas on how to improve the program. I will engage with students and ensure that their education is complete and that they have all of the tools to be successful in their culinary journeys.
