She specializes in developing user-centric learning programs with measurable outcomes for both learners and educators, focusing on college readiness and educator development. Alexandrea has been instrumental in launching and leading schools, serving as a founding educator and Dean of Students at two Aspire Public Schools (6th-12th grade sites).
