Alexandrea Ramirez is a veteran educational leader with experience spanning K-12, non-profit, and EdTech sectors. She specializes in developing user-centric learning programs with measurable outcomes for both learners and educators, focusing on college readiness and educator development. Alexandrea has been instrumental in launching and leading schools, serving as a founding educator and Dean of Students at two Aspire Public Schools (6th-12th grade sites).

As Director of Academic Management and Strategy at 2U, she designed management and coaching processes that supported over 6,000 educators. She also has extensive experience building partnerships with universities and the for-profit social impact sector. Alexandrea holds a Master’s in Education.
