Experienced 400hr Registered Yoga Teacher excited for the opportunity to become part of an inspiring community where I can build authentic connections, expand knowledge and share my fiery passion for mindfully guiding students into their unique yoga bodies.
7 years of experience guiding Yoga and Meditation within a studio setting. I have accrued 432 educational hours as well as 500 total teaching hours. I am open to learning and guiding most practices, though my preferred modalities include Heated Power Vinyasa, Baptiste Power, Restorative, Yin and Hatha. My style of teaching is very hands-on and prioritizes active listening by observing students and providing useful and relevant tools.
