I have served various leadership roles in various capacities. I have experienced many diversified responsibilities in efforts to provide efficient service while working. I am a Qualified Professional I have experience with mental and behavioral health clients in my profession.

These roles required intensive administrative tasks such as computing reports, conducting assessments, and managing documents, Case management and sufficient customer service skills Which is used in my medical administrative experience and customer support. My background in social work allows me to experience preparing reports, managing high level caseloads. As well as, providing resources to families in the community on housing, food, government assistance, clothing, etc.

Also, providing crisis intervention for families though there challenges and assistant to meet their needs. My expertise is mediating, mentoring and conflict resolution with the youth population. I have a background in working with individuals on their mental health ,interpersonal skills, social skills, and with any behavioral issues. and helping individuals in the community, including children with autism, mental health and variety of disabilities.

• School social worker managing two elementary schools within the county
